When we first viewed the property 16 years ago we were attracted by it’s location to the city and the easy access to the freeway and to the businesses and shops that we frequented.
Having been a professional gardener the garden appeared a bit sub standard to me. Over the period of tenancy I have enjoyed to apply some of my skills and been able to grow shrubs in positions that shade areas that were previously exposed to hot summer sun and hence reduce interior temperature.
After moving here we became aware of how quiet the environment is at this location. There is only very low traffic noise if any. In all the time we have been here neighbors in the area have been nothing but courteous and we have not experienced any noisy behaviour of note.
